Lazet Michaels is a minister of music and Fitness Professional. A Detroit native, she has had a colorful history in the field of music; she was a singer, songwriter, producer, recording for BMG/ZOO music, Republic U.K., and Sire/Warner Bros. Records, and has ministered in song in both secular and Christian venues throughout the world. Her debut Gospel CD is stylized as Soul, Jazz, Alternative, Pop! Amen!

Lazet has been engaged in health and fitness practices throughout her lifetime and career. She has worked in New York professional training facilities, such as Equinox and Reebok, and has worked with a long list of Private one-on-one clients. Lazet is Certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and ACE (American Council on Exercise) in Teaching Clients how to loose weight, Step Aerobics, Boxing, Kickboxing, Pre-post natal, Jazz dance, Yoga Sculpt, Personal Training, Functional Training, and Marathon Training.
